A General Body meeting of Aequitas Victoria Foundation was held under the Presidentship of Smt. Pranati Boruah, President on 06/03/2021.
In the meeting, the Committee discussed about establishing a new platform for interactive, debating, and advocacy purposes, and on that behalf, the following resolutions were adopted:
1. The platform shall be named as Multi-National Network for Debate and Advocacy for Youth (Mnday.org).
2. Mr. Sarthak Aryan (Hon’ble Secretary) shall immediately purchase a domain on this behalf and the expenses shall be notified to the treasurer.
3. Mr. Jayanta Boruah (Hon’ble Member) shall prepare the details about the platform to be uploaded on the website and to get them verified through a committee of selected members from the Board of Advisors which shall be notified to the Secretary.
4. Ms. Vidisha Dixit (Hon’ble Member) shall prepare a draft plan for execution of the objectives of the platform.
Further the Meeting suggested to empower Mrs. Nidhi Tiwari, Secretary to take all necessary steps on behalf of the above resolutions.
