This International seminar is specifically designed to cater to the attention of researchers, academicians, and IP Rights Professionals to address the issues and shed light on the areas where it needs more concerned for a better future.

Call for Papers

Research papers are invited from the participants based on the theme “The Changing Scenario of Intellectual Property Rights and the Way Forward” and also on the following sub-themes. Interested participants can send a paper related to any sub-themes.

Papers are invited from academicians, research scholars, advocates, activists, and students.

How to Submit?

The paper presenters can send the abstract to the vbclinternationalseminar@gmail.com stating the following details:- Title of the Paper, Name, and Designation of the author(s), E-mail address, Postal address, and Contact Number.


Submission Guidelines

  • The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must be accompanied by a cover page.

  • Full Research Paper: The paper should not exceed 5000 words. (Footnote: OSCOLA citation format) Co-authorship is permitted with a maximum of two authors.

  • The paper must be accompanied by the details of registration fees and the cover page containing the details which are mentioned in the abstract guidelines.

  • All submissions must be the author’s original and unpublished work. Plagiarized submissions will be disqualified.

  • Interested participants have to make a provisional registration through the link provided.

  • For Participants: No Registration Fee

  • For Student Paper presenters (online): 875

  • For Paper Presenters (online): 1100

  • For Paper Presenters (offline): 1500

  • Foreign Delegates: USD $20

Note: *In the case of co-authors each has to register separately.

  • Last date for Registration: July 12, 2023

  • Last date of submission of abstract: July 14, 2023

  • Last Date for submission of a soft copy of the Full Paper: July 19, 2023

  • Date of Seminar: 21st & 22nd July 2023
