As the name suggests, the blind peer-reviewed blog aims for providing a platform to all the legally aware Indian citizens to pen down their visions on the existing laws and legal affairs in the Country. By this platform, the Blog wants to provide a thorough knowledge on the contemporary legal affairs across the country with a view to spread legal awareness amongst the masses. The blog is also created to provide quality content and an analysis of the intellectual qualities of the contributors to this blog.

Authors are free to write on any legal topics however topics related to contemporary legal affairs and issues will be given priority

Who can Submit?
Academicians; Faculties of Law; Legal Professionals; Research Scholars; LLM Students and Law Students from 5 Years or 3 Years LLB Program.
Word Limit
All the Articles belonging to any of the above categories shall not exceed 1500 words. If any submission exceeds the above word limits then such submissions will be summarily rejected.
Submission Guidelines

The authorship of each entry is limited to a maximum of two authors.

All submissions shall be free from plagiarism or shall not exceed 10% of similarity index, failing which will result in immediate rejection.

All submissions must contain an Abstract under 150 words.

All submissions shall be free from grammatical errors and spelling mistakes.

All submissions shall be submitted through the submission form. (P.S.: Click on the Submit Button above to open the Submission Form).
Formatting Guidelines
-
The Format for writing shall be Times New Roman.
-
The Font Size of the Heading shall be 16.
-
The Font Size of the Main Body shall be 12.
-
The Heading shall be central aligned.
-
The Main Body shall be Justified aligned.
-
All references shall be duly acknowledged and Bluebook (20th edition) shall be used as a mode for citation.
-
Endnotes shall be used rather than using footnotes.
-
Although in Bluebook hyperlinks are to be removed from the references, but it is required to provide hyperlinks for every reference made in the submissions for this Blog.
Rules

Entries shall not contain any political opinions.
-
Entries shall also not contain any such particulars that might amount to defamation or injury to anyone’s sentiments or amount to any inconsistencies with any of the laws for the time being in force.

If any entries contained such contents as mentioned under Rule 1 and Rule 2 herein and subsequently if any such contents get published, either knowingly or unknowingly, shall be subjected to the liability of the Author(s) only and not of the Publisher.

After the publication of the entries, the copyright of such published entries shall immediately be transferred to the Publisher, and if the author(s) wants to publish the same content, either in whole or in parts, anywhere else, shall seek permission from the Editorial Board.
Publication Process

All the entries will undergo a blind review process where the adherence to the above guidelines as well as the format and the quality as well as the relevancy of the content will be considered. After selection of the entries, they will be immediately published in the Blog.

We do not want to reject any submission for which it is requested to all the contributors to adhere to the feedbacks provided by the peer review committee and re-submit the same again. This process is expected to develop a healthy writing habit amongst the contributors since the peer review committee consists of eminent personalities from the field of Law.
