Dr. Chintamani Rout is currently working as the Head of Department, in the Department of Law, School of Social Sciences, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong. Before joining NEHU he was the Faculty Member in ICFAI Law School, ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Dr. Rout was also worked as a Lecturer in Bhadrak Law College, Bhadrak, a District Law College, under Utkal University.
Dr. Rout has teaching experience of more than 27 years.
He has attended, participated and Presented Papers in 111 (One Hundred Eleven) National/International Seminars and Conferences in India.
He has a total of 59 publications and he has authored two ISBN text books and several other question answer books.
